Chi Me Classes

Calm and relaxing form of exercise

Chi-Me is a Tai Chi influenced exercise programme which is simple to follow and accessible for ages 18 years and abilities. Chi Me improves leg strength, assists efficient breathing, reduces the risk of falls, and promotes mental wellbeing. 

Our Chi Mi classes take place on most Monday mornings at 11:00 – 12:45 with tea and a chat after, if you would like to join a class, email info@glebehouseni.org

Craft Circle

Creative chat with friends

Sewing, knitting, crochet, painting, pottery, card making, lino cut whatever your craft bring it along. We will share skills and techniques with each other, get out of the house and have a lovely morning with like minded people. Don’t craft? Come along for a chat and company anyway.

Our craft circle meets on a Wednesday 11:00 – 13:00, if you would like to join us just turn up or enquire by emailing info@glebehouseni.org

Chair Yoga

Gentle, calming movements

Come join us to strengthen core muscles, spine and posture. Learn deep meditation and breathing techniques. Finish with beautiful restorative sound healing, suitable for all abilities. Stay afterwards for tea, cake and a chat.

Our chair yoga classes take place on most Thursday afternoons at 14:00 – 15:45, if you would like to join us enquire by emailing info@glebehouseni.org
